This is more important than you think. Many irate sellers remove articles that would normally be left with the property for sale due to bad feelings about commissions. If the property is one of ours then that is already included BUT we do ask for a small deposit in advance to ensure we are treated fairly.

What about payments and deposits? 

Some builders insist on payments up front and there is nothing one can do about that if that is the property you want. However, simple procedures and tactics can prevent you loosing any payments made in this way. All other purchases will benefit from our unique Deposit Security. No more loosing your 10% or whatever you are conned in leaving for a security deposit. Any monies placed as a deposit go into a holding bank and NOT touched by anyone until the sale goes ahead. If something does not work out right then your money is refunded in full. No quibbles!
